Food japanese about Ramen

   In the second topic , I will discuss about Ramen . Now , I explain that .
   Ramen is one of the most popular option at the moment of choosing a place to eat . SO , Ramen is a japanese dish consisting of clear both containing and sometimes vegetables , meat and etc and often flavor with soy sauceor miso , and uses toping such as sliced pork dried seaweed , menma and green onion .
    Ramen has many kinds , that are ;

  1. Hiroshiko 
  • Kushiro Ramen ( Kushiro )
     The flavor of the broth is not so sharp ,the  noodlea are small and smooth .
  • Kitami Ramen ( Kitami )
     Salty soy sauce flavor containing onion broth .
  • Asohikama Ramen (Asohikama )
     Noodles is curly .
  • Sapporo Ramen 
     One of the three types of Ramen that are popular in Japan . Kuah is a miso flavor .

2. Aomori 
  • Tsugaru Ramen 
     Salty soy sauve flavored from fish broth and chicke  bones .
  • Sendai Ramen
     The sauce miso typical of sendai city .
  • Sakata Ramen 
     Salty sauce with handmade noodles 
  • Kitakita Ramen 
     One of the three types of Ramen that Japanese people like . The broth is made with water from underground .

3. Kato 
  • Tokyo Ramen 
      The basic ingredients of Tokyo Ramen sace are Katsuobushi broth plus salty soy sauce is secret recipe for each Ramen seller .One top of the noodles are added chasiu , spinach , boiled , eggs , menma and sliced onion . Similar noodles such as Ogikubo Ramen and Ebisu Ramen are still in Tokyo Ramen .
  • Sanmamen 
     Boiled noodles with chinese style plus sauteed vegetables and ben sprouta on top .This type of noodles became known after world wall II . The sauce can be Shoi and Shoyu . Side dishes in the from of chasiu , leeks , spinach and a few sheets of Nori .
  • Abura Soba 
     The characteristic of the  noodles is oil oil broth .
  • Tonkotsu  Shoyu Ramen 
     Tonkotsu flavor thick sauce and the taste of soy sauce  which many sell noodles in Tokyo .

4. Tokai Area 
  • Takayoma Ramen 
     Takayoma  Ramen often called hida Ramen with soy sauce flavored . Locals call it Chika Soba.
  • Taiwan Ramen 
     Noodles with sauce flavored from chicken broth . This noodle cuisine was first introduce by a Taiwanese restaurant . The noodles are added with sauteed vegetables with meat , chili and garlic .

5. Kinki 
  • Kyoto Ramen 
     Kyoto Ramen has three types of sauce ; a thick taste of soy sauce , oily oil sauce and a very thick oily sauce . Above the noodles are flavored in the form of bean sprouts , chasiu and menma.
  • Kobe Ramen 
     If someone ordera a Ramen chamenu in Ramen in Kobe , the selled will give Ramen with sheet of chasiu on it . On the tables is often served with Kimichi , Chives and Radish pickles .

6. Chugoku and Shikoku
  • Sanuki Ramen 
     This area is famous for handmade udon production . So , Ramen sellers also use homemade noodles. No , sharp-flavored gravy is a combination of the taste of udon sauce and Ramen sauce .
  • Fukuyama Ramen 
     Fukuyama Ramen is almost the same as Ramen anomichi but with not too sharp taste.
