    Sushi is a Japanese dish of specially prepared vinegared rice , it's combine some sugar and salt and it's too combine with variety of ingredients such as seafoof , vegetables , and tropical fruits .
    Sushi is traditionally made with medium-grain wide rice , it can prepared with brown rice , it's too often prepared with seafood such as Calamari , Eel , or Imitation Crab meat . Sushi is often serve with pickted ginger , wasah and soy sauce .
    Sushi is sometimes with Sashimi a related Japanese dish consisting of thinly sluce raw fish or occassionally meat and a optional serving of rice.
    Sushi originated in a Southeast Adia dish known today as Harezushi ( salted fish ) storedin fermented rice for possibly months at time . The lacto-fermentation of the rice prevenred the fish from spoiling , the rice would be discarded before consumption of the fish .
     Vinegar began to preparation of Harezushi in the Moramachi period ( 1336-1573) for the Sake of enhancing both taste and preservation . The primitive Sushi would be further developed in Osaka , where over several centuries it became Oshi-Zushi or " hako-zushi " in this preparation . The seafood and rice were pressed into shape with wooden molds .
     It was not until the Edo period ( 1603- 1868) that fresh fish wad served over vinegared rice and nori .
    The common ingredient in all preparation vary wide ,  that is ;
1. Chirashizushi
      Chirashizushi scatted Sushi " also referred to as Barazushi ) serves the rice in a bowl and top . It's with a variety of raw fish and vegetables garnishes . It commom eaten bcauae it's filling fast and easy to make .
2. Inarizushi
      Inarizushi is a pouch of fried tofu typically filled with Sushi rice alone .
      Tales tell that Inarizuahi is named after the shinto hod inari , foxes , messengers of inari are believed to have a foodness of fried tofu , and an Inari-Zushi roll has pountwd corners that ressemble for ears.
     Cones Sushi is a variant of Inarizushi originating in Hawaii that combine green beans , carrot or gobo along with rice wrapped in a trianggular aburage piece .
3. Makizushi
     Makizushi is a cylindrical piece formed with the help of a bamboo mat known as a Makizushi . Makizushi is generally but is occassionally wrapped in a thin omellete , soy paper , cucumber or Shiso leaves    There are kinds of Makizushi that are
 a.Futomaki is a large cylindrical cone-        shape piece ussually with nori on the outside.
 b.Hosomaki is a small cylindrical piece with nori on the outside.
 c.Ehomaki is a large cone-shape piece of nori on the outside ad the ingredients spiling out the wide end .
 d.Nigirizushi consists of an oblong mound of Sushi rice that the presses between the palms of the hands to form an oval-shaped ball and topping drapped over the ball , and
 e. Oshizushi also known as Hako-Zushi is a pressed Sushi from rhe Kansai region a favorite and specially of Osaka . A block-shaped is formed using a wooden mold called an Oshibako.
